Dr Bhuvana is a compassionate and highly skilled psychiatrist dedicated to holistic, integrated mental healthcare. She has extensive clinical experience in various medical specialties, having worked in acute inpatient units, specialist medical wards, and community mental health services, which enables her to provide care that is responsive to a wide range of clinical and psychosocial needs.
Her special interests are in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, Perinatal Mental Health, and Neuropsychiatry. She supports individuals whose mental health is shaped by physical illness, neurological change, and life transitions — particularly during pregnancy, early parenthood, and periods of significant personal stress or medical complexity.
