Dr. Babak Rad

Dr Rad is an infectious diseases specialist interested in mycobacterial, post-surgical and also perinatal infections. He works closely with general practitioners and surgical team to help patients suffering from different types of infections.

He was granted an M.D. degree in medicine in 2002 and joined the Royal Australasian College of Physician in 2007, finished the infectious diseases training successfully and obtained his RACP fellowship.

He visits patients mainly at The Mulgrave Private Hospital, St. John of God Private Hospital in Berwick and Holmesglen Private Hospital in Moorabbin.
